Vietnam, situated in the centre of
Southeast Asia, is bordered by China to the north, by Laos and Cambodia to the
west and opens up to the South China Sea and the Pacific Ocean on the east and
south. Engaged in an economic liberalization policy, Vietnam rests its force on
the industry and agriculture principally situated in the north for the mining
and fuel reserves and in the south for the petroleum reserves and the services.
In 2000, the country reached a growth rate of 6.7% of the GDP, overtaking that
of previous years.
Hanoi, to the north of Vietnam, and the southern
town of Hô Chi Minh are the principal areas around which all the
economic activity of the country is spread. Making the most of
this favourable context, SDV International Logistics was implanted
in Vietnam in 1998.
By choosing strategic points at the heart
of these economic and industrial centres, SDV brings you 360°
custom-made services.
