SDV in the wake of the A380
Our aerospace teams have been given by Aircelle -SAFRAN group- the mission of catering Singapore and Sydney's plateforms for the start of commercial flights of the A380. Eight pieces (air intake, thrust reverser, fan cowls) weighting more than 18 tons were sent to Singapore. Six pieces weighting 11 tons were transported to Sydney. All the pieces left from Toulouse (France) in a special convoy for Roissy (France) where they were loaded in an air cargo for their final destination. When the plateforms in Singapore and Sydney will be operational, our aerospace teams will take in charge those in London (Great Britain) and Dubaï (United Arab Emirates).
