Golden ideas for an unreachable
mine.
SDV International Logistics in Mexico handled the first
transportation for a gold mining project.
This project take place in the Chihuahua State, north of Mexico.
Our client, a leader in gold and silver projects, imports drilling
material from all around the globe to extract gold from the bottom
of the mine (1 ton of rubble needs to be treated to produce 1
gram of gold).
The first operations represent about 1500 tons with oversize goods.
SDV International Logistics locally deals with the custom formalities,
unloading, storage and on site delivery.
The products are stored in Guaymas, not very well know place but
closest to delivery site. Indeed, there are no existing roads
leading to the mine. The client had to start building its own
road 6 month ago after SDV International Logistics did a study
on it.
