SDV has been awarded a new contract in the Perfumes and Cosmetics sector.
L’Occitane, an international manufacturer and retailer of body care with strong roots in Provence (France), appointed SDV in China to optimize its logistics strategy and execution across the country. This contract started in March 2011 and included the following services:
- Receipt
- Labeling (100,000 pieces per month)
- Temperature controlled storage. 500CBM in compliance with the highest safety and security standards


	- Operation at Carton level - Delivery to 200 luxury Hotels and Resorts nationwide door to door toward 60 cities A Taste of Fashion… At the same time, a French leather and luxury goods company has selected SDV China to manage its logistics across the country. By implementing tailored solutions with advanced technical equipment, SDV is offering a wide range of services: - Receipt - Labeling & relabeling, label printing - Dedicated warehouse with high safety and security standards - Humidity and temperature controlled storage. 15,000 items (Garment On Hanger and flat pack) and


	13,000 SKUs (stock-keeping unit) - Operation at piece level - scan at each process - Delivery door-to-door to 13 boutiques in China inclusive of Shanghai, Beijing, Dalian, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing and Shenyang. To be competitive in these markets, international luxury-goods companies, have to be pro-active and close to their clients. Hence, logistics and distribution solutions are key points to success.
