SDV Makes Sure the Principles Asserted by the International Conventions (OECD, UN), the American FCPA Law and Local Laws are Known and Adhered to by its Employees
These principles are supplemented by internal and external audits, to avoid any risk of corruption.

SDV Makes Sure the Rules Governing Competition are Respected
Wherever the Group is active, SDV respects local and international provisions with regard to anti-trust laws, in particular those that prohibit understandings, agreements or arrangements between competitors, price fixing or the apportionment of particular segments of the market, of customers or of territories.

Compliance and Internal Monitoring
The dedicated position of Director of Ethics and Compliance was created to make sure that each and every employee fully understands and applies the principles set out in the General Code of Business Conduct, as well as legal and regulatory obligations. There is also a notification procedure so that any breaches of the rules defined within the Code can be reported.
