SDV’s activities are underpinned by its strict adherence to the General Code of Business Conductfor subsidiaries of the Bolloré group transportation divisions; this means that SDV promotes positive measures in terms of safe transportation, the health and safety of its employees, preventing corruption, respecting rules governing competition and protecting the environment.

To demonstrate our commitment to the “SAFE” standards set out by the World Customs Organization, and those applied in Europe and America, SDV has equipped itself with an armory of resources aimed at efficiently securing the international supply chain. SDV is a registered AEO –

  • SDV ensures the health and safety of its employees

    For SDV, safeguarding the mental and physical well-being of its employees is a top priority. Which is why, for several years now, we have actively pursued a policy of preventing health and safety hazards.


  • SDV is committed to fighting corruption

    Our Group is committed to respecting the laws and international treaties concerning the fight against corruption in every country in which it is present. By implementing its own ethical compliance system,

    SDV makes sure the principles asserted by the international conventions (OECD, UN), the American FCPA law and local laws are known and adhered to by its employees. These principles are supplemented by internal and external audits, to avoid any risk of corruption.

  • SDV makes sure the rules governing competition are respected
  • Wherever the Group is active, SDV respects local and international provisions with regard to anti-trust laws, in particular those that prohibit understandings, agreements or arrangements between competitors, price fixing or the apportionment of particular segments of the market, of customers or of territories.

  • Compliance and Internal Monitoring

    The dedicated position of Director of Ethics and Compliance was created to make sure that each and every employee fully understands and applies the principles set out in the General Code of Business Conduct, as well as legal and regulatory obligations. There is also a notification procedure so that any breaches of the rules defined within the Code can be reported.
